    Title: In vivo imaging of axon dismantling and its subcellular correlates

    Abstract: In my talk I will discuss how structural and functional in vivo imaging in transgenic mice can be used to analyze the cell biological mechanisms underlying axon dismantling. Specifically I will present data on how assays of organelle dynamics and function can be applied to settings of axon dismantling in development and disease.
