organized at the initiative of the France-Israel Neuroscience Neurology and Psychiatry Society (FINNePS) by D. Golomb (Beersheva), D. Hansel (INC) and M. Shamir (Beersheva) A particular emphasis will be given this year on theoretical and computational perspectives.
